Warm Weather Shipping Policies

Capies Candies ships all of our products year round, and we want to ensure that your purchase arrives in good condition. Orders placed Monday–Wednesday are shipped the day they are received, or within 1–2 days, based on availability. To maintain their quality, our products should not be en route longer than 2 days, from the time they leave our facility until they reach their recipient.

During the warmer months, April throughSeptember, we will pack our chocolates with cold packs.  During these months we can only guarantee UPS Ground to the following states: MI, OH, IN, WI, MN, IA, IL, KY,GA, TN, SC, NC, VA, MD, DE, NJ, PA, and NY. Orders must be shipped by UPS Second Day Air to all other states.

Any orders received later than Wednesdays may be postponed for shipping until the following Monday (depending on destination and shipping method chosen) to avoid having them sit at a UPS over the weekend during the warm weather months.

Note: We cannot guarantee our products if you choose not to use the recommended warm weather shipping method.

We ship Monday - Thursday for Second Day Air, all Thursday orders will be received on Monday, we do not ship on Saturdays. If you want Saturday delivery we will add $15.00 to the origianal shipping fees.

Cancellation Orders

If you must cancel an order please call or e-mail right away. Be sure to include your name and order number. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

 Holiday Shipping

Please allow an extra 36 to 48 hours processing time when placing orders during a holiday week. For timely gift-giving, place your holiday orders early, and request delayed shipping!
